Small, boutique, independently owned company secretarial consultancy are seeking a senior Company Secetarial Professional to join them on a part-time basis. Clients include several PLC/AIM companies; effectively acting as their ‘outsourced’ company secretary, providing ongoing, specialist advice and expertise alongside the full range of Board meeting support and advice.
Due to ongoing, increasing workload and new clients coming on board, our client is now looking to appoint an additional, highly experienced individual who would enjoy managing client relationships, providing Board level support, advice and expertise to support with the variety of matters which arise as part of this busy and interesting client base.
The role is likely to require 3 days’ work/week, ideally to be spread over a pattern of 4 or 5 shorter working days.
Some key requirements for the role will be;
experience of attending and advising at Board meetings, at senior level
ideally a good working knowledge of AIM listed companies, or at the very least significant and broad-ranging, recent PLC experience
solid, senior level experience and the gravitas/maturity to work confidently with clients, establishing strong and trusting relationships, particularly at Board level
This role is to be based remotely with travel to london when needed.
