A recent graduate or newly qualified company secretary. Exposure to some administrative work in an office environment. Keen to learn and a willingness to adapt. Proactive, team player with a “can do” attitude
Typical Responsibilities
- Supporting the provision of company secretarial services to legal entities and directors, including:
- Statutory compliance
- Board meeting administration
- Document execution
- Training as a Company Secretary within a Company Secretarial Function and providing cover for the team in the absence of other members.
- Ad hoc project support in order to support the delivery of the Secretarial Services Team objectives.
- General Administration
- Diary Management
