Supporting the provision of company secretarial services to legal entities and directors, including:
Board meeting administration
Training as a Company Secretary within a Company Secretarial Function and providing cover for the team in the absence of other members.
Ad hoc project support in order to support the delivery of the Secretarial Services Team objectives.
