BWW is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates and clients. We will ensure that the information you submit to us remains private, and is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

How we use your information and what we collect

  • Your personal details, including your name, e-mail address and resume, are held and used by us for the following purposes:
  • For matching your details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding you the position that most suits you and that you require;For keeping you informed of positions on an ongoing basis in your chosen field that may be of interest to you;

Disclosures of Your Information

We will share your information with companies that have a vacancy meeting your requirements but only after obtaining your consent to do so. You will always be asked for consent before your information is shared with anyone. We do not sell data to third parties.

Job Alerts

Job alerts will be sent to you via email and/or SMS with the contact details provided by you for this purpose.

Your Resume

Your resume will be stored online but is only accessible by our recruitment consultants. Your details will be reviewed and entered onto our central in-house database by the consultants and no-one else. You can update your resume at any time, simply by submitting a new resume. Your old resume will be replaced.

GDPR statement

As a team we have met all the requirements of the latest GDPR changes for more than 30 years, it is the way we have always conducted ourselves. Every candidate has given us permission to store and process their data, it is the nature of recruitment. Every candidate we send to a client will have discussed the particular vacancy with us and will have given us their permission to forward their information to the client. All communication between BWW and candidates will be in the form that has been agreed with them, in accordance with the contact details they have given us for this purpose. Clients provide us with information to enable us to recruit for them. This information is passed to the candidates only with the clients consent.

None of the data we hold is stored outside the EU.

Use of Cookies

Our customer’s privacy is extremely important to us and the cookies we use will in no way allow us access to your computer. We use cookies to record the areas of the site that you have visited and for how long, which provides us with information that helps us make our site more accessible to our users in line with their needs.
