Our client is looking for a strong candidate at either manager or assistant manager level (dependent on experience) to join the board governance team. This person would be focused on providing board and committee support and carrying out board governance advisory projects for a range of clients, predominantly in the financial services sector. The candidate will need to be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and have good minuting skills, ideally with some regulated or financial services experience.

You will manage a small high calibre team, overseeing three direct reports (qualified and part-qualified company secretaries) and be responsible for maintaining and further developing the relationships with the portfolio clients. A full job description is available on request.
