This specialist financial services company is now looking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on an interim basis for at least a period of 6 months (likely to be extended beyond then), ideally someone who is immediately available/can start within the next month or so. Working as part of a small, dedicated Secretariat, you'll support the Company Secretary in organising, and minuting a number of board and committee meetings, continually promoting strong corporate governance best practice. 

You'll need to take responsibility and ownership of a broad range of duties, at all times ensuring that you build positive, strong relationships with the senior management, board directors and NEDs. You'll ideally have strong minuting experience, preferably gained within financial services and be either ICSA qualified, or part qualified.
