Our high profile client now has a newly created role for someone to join the team to provide proactive and high quality administrative support to the executive and non-executive Board Members and Board Counsellors and to support Board and Committee meeting administration. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, this is a highly visible role with plenty of interaction at C-Suite level, so will suit a candidate with excellent communication skills and a confident manner. The head office is in the West End and the role can be semi remote going forward, but as a board facing and assisting role, you will need to be able to get to the head office as required, this role cannot be done fully remotely. The successful candidate is likely to have the following knowledge and experience:

· Experience of providing administrative support at Board level

· Experience of minute taking

· Experience of arranging meetings/events/visits

· Experience of processing expenses in a timely manner

· Experience of using initiative to suggest improvements and demonstrate proactivity

· Experience of multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities

· Experience of using various IT systems


· Ability to build strong working relationships

· High degree of attention to detail

· Provision of excellent customer service

· A proactive attitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organisational skills

· Discreet

· Ability to work with autonomy

· High level of IT competence

· Confident when communicating with senior colleagues

· Ability to multi-task effectively
