Rapidly expanding service provider seek to appoint qualified and highly experienced Company Secretarial professionals at both Senior Manager and Associate Director level.
These roles will support and manage the team alongside working strategically with the leadership team in order to help the business fulfil its core objectives.
Ideally you will have:
Commercial awareness and a track record of contributing to the commercial success of professional services businesses
Understanding of the professional services model and experience of adapting/refining business models to adapt to growth and market change.
Strong presentational and communication skills
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and discipline themselves and others.
Proven people management experience.
The ability to make a strategic contribution and to bring challenge to the senior management team.
