A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Trainee/Administrator/Assistant who is looking for the next step up in their career.
This well known and well performing multinational financial services group is now recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant/Snr Company Secretarial Assistant (known internally as Associate) on a full time, permanent basis to join its well established and incredibly stable EMEA Governance team.
You'll be joining a team of c.10 who truly work in a collaborative and supportive manner in supporting the companies within this group in the UK and across EMEA with a full range of governance and company secretarial services.
This role will allow you to take ownership of a portfolio of subsidiary companies across different regions providing top-to-toe support. You will also support other team members during particularly busy periods (as they will also support you). This is a very strong ethos within the team so anyone seeking a very friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment, will definitely find this environment an enjoyable one to work in.
There is also excellent growth potential within the immediate team and wider business; their team is an incredibly stable one with many team members being in post over five years, others over 10 years +.
Some prior company secretarial experience is required as you will need a working knowledge of the basics- working knowledge of Diligent Entities would also be advantageous.
Should you also have fluency or very good understanding of other European languages such as German, Spanish, Italian or French, then this would also be advantageous - but definitely not essential criteria for applying.
