Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the Legal Entity Management and Governance business, our client has a new opportunity for a Director to join the team to help deliver high quality innovative solutions to their clients. Their clients want help to develop and implement best practice corporate governance principles, help them cope with increasing regulatory compliance and the administration of large amounts of corporate data and the digitisation of that data. Our client’s team is focused on leading the market in innovation in the Legal Entity Management space and developing truly well rounded Corporate Governance professionals.
Directors manage a portfolio of clients and demonstrate a very good understanding of their subject matter. They both manage and support clients by working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to tackle some of the most complex client challenges. As a Director, you will develop strong relationships with your clients, and are able to contribute to the eminence of the practice by external knowledge sharing and to start investing time in business development. You will be a role model and be able to support junior team members in their personal and professional development. You will also be supported in deepening your own technical specialism, widening your cross service line and industry or market knowledge, and continue to develop your management skills.

Leading teams in the delivery of large global compliance engagements and working with local Legal teams to implement delivery.
Delivering UK technical projects such as Legal Entity Reduction programs.
Advising clients on Corporate Governance policies and strategy.
Staying up-to-date on the fiduciary, regulatory and statutory responsibilities of legal entities their directors, officers and managers and advising clients on such matters.
Engaging with technology solutions to providing leading edge innovation to clients.
Providing advice on the corporate entity lifecycle and the on-going compliance with local legislation and restructuring of global businesses
Providing general UK company secretarial support as required
Keeping up to date on all key Corporate Governance developments as required
