Our client, a global healthcare group now seeks to recruit an experienced Company Secretary to join their charitable Trust in a standalone, autonomous role reporting to the Chair operating in an independent advisory capacity. The role will support the Chair and two trustees with all company secretarial duties and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including the Companies Acts, the Charities Act 2011 and related rules and codes of governance. The trustees will also look to the Company Secretary/Trust Manager for their independent review of the work done by the staff of the Ltd company on their behalf and on any associated recommendations and proposals submitted to the Trust. This is envisaged as a part time (c 1 day a week) role for someone to come in on a 1 year FTC/consultancy basis, so would be ideal for someone looking to add another client to their portfolio.
