Multinational Law Firm now seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant/Paralegal to join their corporate team on a full-time basis, to assist the Company Secretary and Corporate PSL as well as assisting in various Paralegal type duties.



This person will have at least 6-months Company Secretary Assistant experience, as well as someone interested in the further work of the corporate department.



A hybrid arrangement of 2 days working from their offices in London and 3 days from home is in place. 



The salary on offer is competitive depending on experience.



The successful candidate will be expected to have knowledge of and experience in the following;



? Company incorporations



? Annual and event driven statutory compliance



? Maintaining statutory registers



? Appointment and removal of directors



? Dealing with issue/transfer of shares and production of share certificates



? Working knowledge of people with significant control regulations



? Compliance with all statutory requirements including all filings with the Registrar of Companies



? Preparation and filing of dormant accounts; liaising with client/auditors to ensure filing deadlines are met



? Liaising with Registrars in respect of share issues in listed companies



? Preparing statutory board minutes to, inter alia, approve accounts, appoint directors, issue shares, convene general meetings; preparing notices of general meetings and proxy forms



? Advising clients on routine statutory requirements; liaising with lawyers and advisers



? Maintain and provide a registered office facility and mail forwarding service



? Process agency services



? Arrange notarisation, legalisation, apostille of documents; liaising with Notary Public



This person would also be expected to have some legal knowledge/experience and be able to draft and amend documents, assisting the Professional Support Lawyer on day-to-day tasks, and taking on paralegal type duties.
