An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and technically minded company secretarial professional to join a high performing team based in the City of London, providing dedicated company secretarial support across the three divisions of one the the UK's largest property companies.

This varied and expansive role will extend across a very wide breadth of corporate legal, governance and compliance activities. In addition, the role includes the day-to-day management of the group insurance programme.

The Secretariat function carries a high and respected profile across the organisation and plays an important role in the project management and implementation of a variety of multi-jurisdictional corporate initiatives, acquisitions and disposals, as well as overseeing the group’s complex governance framework. The Group Company Secretary is also responsible for the placement and administration of the group’s insurance programme.

The successful applicant will have strong technical competencies, excellent capability to work cross-departmentally, and have at least 18 months of post-qualification experience. A willingness to learn and develop is key. Prior insurance knowledge or experience helpful but not essential.
