This truly wonderful charity is now looking to appoint a Company Secretarial Assistant on a full time, permanent basis to join their friendly and collaborative team. The role will based at the London office however a very flexible hybrid arrangement is on offer.



 



Job Purpose/Summary



 



To work with the Company Secretariat to provide comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective corporate governance and company secretarial services to the trustees and executive leadership of the charity and its subsidiaries.










 

Experience required



 




  • Company secretarial work in a medium / large organisation, including organising and minuting senior level meetings

  • Work relevant to the governance, regulatory, company secretarial and compliance work of the team (e.g. corporate governance work including governance reviews, directors’ duties, maintaining registers)

  • Preparation for and support of senior management meetings

  • Forming and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.

  • Providing solutions focused pragmatic advice and support

  • Knowledge of voluntary or health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
