This truly wonderful charity is now looking to appoint a Company Secretarial Assistant on a full time, permanent basis to join their friendly and collaborative team. The role will based at the London office however a very flexible hybrid arrangement is on offer.
To work with the Company Secretariat to provide comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective corporate governance and company secretarial services to the trustees and executive leadership of the charity and its subsidiaries.
Company secretarial work in a medium / large organisation, including organising and minuting senior level meetings
Work relevant to the governance, regulatory, company secretarial and compliance work of the team (e.g. corporate governance work including governance reviews, directors’ duties, maintaining registers)
Preparation for and support of senior management meetings
Forming and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Providing solutions focused pragmatic advice and support
Knowledge of voluntary or health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
