This real estate fund manager with two FTSE250 listed funds is now seeking the support of a Chartered Secretary at Deputy Company Secretary to cover the maternity leave of the permanent postholder. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract; exact start date is to be confirmed, but will be somewhere between May - July. 

This role would best fit a Chartered Secretary currently operating at Deputy level or perhaps as Senior Assistant Company Secretary (depending on experience level). You must  listed company experience with a strong understanding of the UK Code and all other associated regulations. You will act as Secretary to the Board of one of the FTSE250 listed funds and so need to be able to demonstrate appropriate experience gained at this level. 

You will report to the Group Company Secretary and the wider Secretariat is also supported by an Assistant Company Secretary and a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant. This role will be offered as a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer. The company offer a hybrid working policy allowing for a mixture of home and office-based working.
