This well-established international insurance group is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is located in London and offers hybrid working.

About the role:

  • Understand the requirements of the company and respond appropriately in dealing with a varied workload and sometimes, conflicting priorities. 
  • To Produce required material accurately and within required timescales. 
  • To understand the needs of others and deal with colleagues and Board members sensitively, and with discretion. 
  • Deal appropriately with confidential information.
