Our client has recently listed and joined the FTSE 250. It now seeks to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary in a newly created role reporting to the Group Company Secretary and working closely with the Deputy Secretary. This role would suit a well-rounded, bright and able candidate with strong technical and corporate administration skills, a strong communicator, who would enjoy being part of a brand new team - helping to shape and assist with the decision making around the needs of the department as it develops. Necessary experience or qualifications:


  • Worked in a corporate environment, preferably financial services.
  • Highly experienced minute taker
  • At least two years knowledge/experience of ‘corporate governance’ and the Senior Managers Regime
  • Can demonstrate an ability to take on new roles
  • Experience co-ordinating/working on cross-department projects
  • Experience in working in regulated organisation
