They are now seeking to recruit a new member to their team on a full time, permanent basis. There is a degree of flexibility as to the experience level required, but all applicants must show the desire and capability of execution of best practice governance.
You're likely to be a qualified or near-qualified (CGI) governance professional who ideally has good experience and understanding of investment fund structures. You'll be joining a small, dedicated team of governance professionals who provide a full range of governance and company secretarial support to a range of Funds - all of which are highly transactional. Embedded within the legal team you'll be heavily involved in company acquisitions, joint ventures, new fund establishment and refinancing. This is a role that will really appeal to someone who is seeking fantastic exposure and opportunity in a wide range of corporate transaction activity.
A very competitive salary and remuneration package is on offer and the company have a hybrid working policy of three days in the office, two from home.
