This highly regarded Housing Association based in the North West is now seeking to appoint a new Director of Governance & Assurance on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive, you'll serve as Company Secretary and nominated Data Protection Officer. This is a pivotal leadership role where your expertise will shape the future of governance, assurance and organisational excellence.
To meet the challenge of this exciting role, you'll be expected to possess significant experience of successfully designing and delivering robust governance frameworks across similarly large and complex organisations.
You'll have excellent technical knowledge and understanding required to lead on the provision of all company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with all statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements.
