Typical Responsibilities
- Supporting the provision of company secretarial services to legal entities and directors, including:
- Statutory compliance
- Board meeting administration
- Document execution
- Training as a Company Secretary within a Company Secretarial Function and providing cover for the team in the absence of other members.
- Ad hoc project support in order to support the delivery of the Secretarial Services Team objectives.
