Immediate interim support is required by this insurance company to help provide cover for at least three months whilst a permanent recruitment process is carried out. A late April or early May start date will be needed to allow for a handover period.
You'll report directly to the General Counsel and have the support of an Assistant Company Secretary. The team delivers a full range of company secretarial services to all entities under management. Organising and minuting Board and Committee meetings is an integral part of this role and you'll need demonstrate a strong track record in this area, ideally within the insurance sector (or at least wider financial services).
You'll need to be comfortable working fairly autonomously, looking after and managing your own workload and of course good attention to detail and strong communication skills will be required. ICSA qualified (FCG, ACG or GradCG) is essential. A full job description is available on request.
