This Lloyd's of London Managing Agent is now seeking to appoint a Company Secretary in the role of Head of Group Co Sec, a brand new role that will be offered on a full time, permanent basis.
You'll be reporting directly to the General Counsel and will have the day to day support of another Company Secretary reporting in. In this role, you'll operate as Company Secretary and provide a full range of corporate secretarial support and advice to all UK registered entities (either directly or via management through a team member).
You'll ideally have knowledge of the London (re)insurance market and will have demonstratable of operating and advising at Board level in a highly regulated environment. A generous salary and benefits package are on offer and the company works to a hybrid working policy of three days in the office, two remote.
