This major British organisation within the Arts & Culture sector is now seeking to fill the post of Head of Governance and Secretary to the Board role on a full time, permanent basis. You would be tasked with providing strategic corporate governance advice and Board secretarial support, establishing the highest standards of governance at all times and in line the The Nolan Principles of Public Life.
The role would be perfect for a corporate governance professional with excellent experience of building successful working relationships at Board level. Significant expereince operating at a senior management level, dispensing accurate and respected governance advice will be vitally important, as will having an understanding of the artistic/economic/commercial and political issues affecting the organisation.
Based in Warwickshire, this organisation operates a hybrid working policy of 2-3 days in the office per week. Consideration can be given to those who live further afield and who may not be able to travel to the office so regularly.
