This real estate fund manager with a FTSE250 listed fund is now seeking the support of a Chartered Secretary at Deputy Company Secretary level to cover the maternity leave of the permanent postholder. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract; exact start date is to be confirmed, but will likely be seeking a start date of early January 2025.
This role would best fit a Chartered Secretary currently operating at Deputy level or perhaps as Senior Assistant Company Secretary (depending on experience level). You must listed company experience with a strong understanding of the UK Code and all other associated regulations. The key purpose of the role is to support the Company Secretary and wider team in providing the excellent company secretarial service that they are renowned for, to the Boards of the listed company, management LLP and all private funds and key stakeholders.
You will report to the Group Company Secretary and the wider Secretariat is also supported by x2 Assistant Company Secretaries. This role will be offered as a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
